Follow-up and Updates: Keep clients informed about the status of their visa applications and provide updates as necessary.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and addressing queries and concerns promptly.

Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated on visa policies, regulations, and procedural changes for the USA and Canada.

Problem Resolution: Assist clients in resolving any issues or challenges related to their visa applications.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Visa Counselor or in a similar role, specializing in USA and Canada Tourist Visas.
In-depth knowledge of visa application procedures, documentation requirements, and embassy regulations for the USA and Canada.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients simultaneously.
Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and submission.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).
Certification in visa counseling or related areas (preferred).
