Job Description
Qualities and Qualification of Doctor:
- Preferably MBBS
- Should have the attitude to work with the HRGs and their partners
- Should have provided consent to handle stock of medicines stored or purchased by the project as per drugs and cosmetics act.
- Should be ready to provide 25 camps or 60 hours of work
- Should have attitude to work in field conditions

Aide et Action (AeA) was founded in 1981 by Mr. Pierre Bernard LE BAS as a secular and apolitical Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) in Paris, France with 22 sponsors. As a development organization, for the last 25 years Aide et Action has been committed to the cause of Education for all with a focus on ensuring quality basic education to children of populations whose fundamental right to education is denied or endangered so that they are at liberty to choose their future.

1.2. Aide et Action – India
Aide et Action India is rightly proud of the fact that it is the first ever country program of the Association. Aide et Action started its interventions in India in 1981 to help the children from marginalized communities to gain improved access to education. Even after more than two and a half decades of dedicated service to the cause of primary education, Aide et Action continues to grow and evolve in India.
Aide et Action’s work in India is influenced by it’s country strategy and focuses on thematic areas that include quality education, livelihood education, inclusive education, women’s empowerment and education and disaster response, mitigation and preparedness. These thematic areas represent core of Aide et Action’s work in the region and the activities are carried out through 5 direct implementation projects and 18 partnership projects. Partnerships with governments, technical inputs to stakeholders, capacity building events, research and advocacy formed some of the major modes of interventions carried out within the thematic areas across the country.
In order to intensify and expand it’s operations to address the educational needs of children, Aide et Action India has regional offices in following 8 major locations in India: Bhopal, Chennai, Guwahati, Bhopal, Delhi, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Patna, Colombo and Nepal and Ranch.
