VMware Admin Job in For a Client of TeamLease Digital at Bangalore, Belagavi, Ballari

Install, configure, and manage VMware vSphere environments, including ESXi hosts and vCenter Server.

Perform VM provisioning, cloning, template creation, and resource allocation.

Administer VMware ESXi, vCenter, vMotion, Storage vMotion, and DRS.

Configure and manage High Availability (HA) and Fault Tolerance (FT).

Monitor virtualization infrastructure and optimize CPU, memory, storage, and network utilization.

Perform ESXi host patching, firmware upgrades, and lifecycle management using VMware Lifecycle Manager.

Troubleshoot VMware infrastructure issues related to hosts, virtual machines, clusters, and datastores.

Configure and maintain vSAN, shared storage (SAN/NAS), and datastore management.

Create and manage VMware clusters, distributed switches (VDS), and virtual networking.

Perform backup and recovery using Veeam, Commvault, or VMware backup solutions.

Support disaster recovery activities, failover, and failback operations.

Monitor system health and respond to incidents while ensuring SLA compliance.

Coordinate with storage, network, Windows, Linux, and Data Center teams during maintenance activities.

Generate capacity planning, utilization, and health reports for VMware infrastructure.

Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and change records following ITIL processes.

Participate in 24x7 shift operations and on-call support when required.
