  • Desired Profile: We are looking for experienced professionals, Male / Female, with expertise in US English and experience in Training and development to work as Lead Trainer with us. The trainer has to have knowledge and skills in training techniques as well as excellent knowledge and skills on the training topic.
  • Candidates having experience in multiple verticals of BPO including but not limited to transcription, LPO, Medical Billing, Accounting, Insurance etc.

Role skills:
  • Presentation - structuring and communicating ideas, using visual and other aids
  • Facilitation - managing activities, eliciting contributions and learning
  • One-to-one - coaching, counseling, mentoring, advising, assessing
  • Consultancy - investigating, diagnosing, advising, evaluating, partnering
  • Trouble-shooting - insightful, innovative
  • Design - designing programs, materials, activities, opportunities, e-literate
  • Training needs analysis techniques - How to design and prepare a program based on the profile of the trainees and company needs, so that the training is targeted at the right level
  • How to deliver a program that is interesting and enjoyable, whilst providing for real and valuable learning
  • Topic knowledge/skills with training ability - learning outcomes, ability to deliver training
