Job Description

  • Responsible for handling End to End recruitment cycle for healthcare professionals in the UK.
  • Engages with the support team, which handles onboarding, to stay focused on recruiting and building the candidate pipeline.
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
  • Should ensure to revert submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition.
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
  • Expertise in preparing and using search strings and techniques.
  • Preparing candidates for screening with the clients.
  • Ensuring that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with the UK clients and take the feedback till the final placement and maintain a mutual relationship for future requirements.
  • Designing interview questions and job descriptions for reflecting the requirements for each position.
