Ideal Candidate:
Available on Sundays (minimum 3 hours commitment)

Key Responsibilities:
Depending on the project or program, the responsibilities of a Volunteer may include the following:
Program and Event Support:

Assist in organizing, setting up, and running events such as health camps, workshops, charity drives, educational fairs, and fundraisers.

Help with registration desks, crowd management, and providing information to attendees.

Participate in awareness campaigns, rallies, or community outreach efforts in coordination with the organizing team.
Administrative and Office Support:

Provide basic administrative assistance such as data entry, photocopying, email communication, and filing documents.

Help prepare presentation materials, event kits, or communication content.
Fieldwork and Community Outreach:

Visit local schools, slums, clinics, or public spaces to distribute materials or provide assistance as per the project.

Support survey collection, data gathering, and feedback from beneficiaries or target audiences.

Assist senior team members or field officers in logistics, transportation of materials, and setup of outreach points.
Educational and Training Activities:

Tutor or mentor students, youth, or adults in areas such as basic literacy, life skills, computer literacy, spoken English, or career guidance.

Conduct fun learning activities, games, or informal sessions under the guidance of project leaders.

Assist trainers in managing classroom behavior, attendance, and engagement.
Fundraising and Campaigns:

Support fundraising initiatives through outreach, networking, or social media promotion.

Distribute flyers, brochures, or conduct donation drives in local communities or online platforms.

Help with donor communication, thank-you messages, and impact reporting.
Health and Relief Work:

Support medical staff during health camps by managing crowds, assisting patients, and distributing health kits.

Participate in emergency relief activities such as distributing food, water, clothing, or first aid during crises.

Raise awareness on public health issues like sanitation, hygiene, vaccinations, and nutrition.
