- POSITION- VP / AVP
- DEPARTMENT – Lead Market Sales
- JOB LOCATION - Bengaluru
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enhancement of Efficiency and Productivity of Team members (Manager’s, Assistant Manager’s, Team Leaders and Relationship Managers) through training and effective review management
- Engage with internal stakeholders to improve lead quality, induction/training/certification etc
- Ensuring all input parameters to drive revenue are met
- Ensuring revenue is generated as per agreed time lines
- Develop a Robust & Scalable distribution reach
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Driving Input parameters as set by the organization
- Revenue generation
- Reduction in attrition rate
- Deliverables of business growth In line with Business Plan
CRITERIA
- Minimum 12-15 years of Experience in Outbound Tele-Sales (Inside Sales).
- Preferably from Insurance, Time share, space selling industries
- SALARY PACKAGE - 8 lakhs to 15 lakhs per annum
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Must be result oriented with Strong interpersonal skills
- Good Communication skills in English, Hindi and any one regional language
- Excellent Team player
- Able to Lead and motivate the team by setting clear and prioritized goals to drive business growth.
