Job Description
- Guest Interaction: Greet customers warmly, seat them, explain specials, answer menu questions, and offer recommendations.
- Order Management: Take accurate food and drink orders, relay them to the kitchen, and ensure correct, presentable delivery.
- Service Delivery: Promptly serve food and beverages, check on guests during the meal, and address any needs or complaints.
- Payment Processing: Present bills and handle payments efficiently.
- Dining Area Maintenance: Keep tables, service stations, and the overall dining area clean, reset tables, and perform shift duties like rolling silverware.
