Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction & Support
-
Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, or chat support depending on the assigned process.

Understand and address customer inquiries related to products, services, billing, orders, technical issues, or complaints.

Ensure first-call resolution (FCR) and reduce repeat calls by providing clear and complete responses.
-
Follow a script or process guidelines where necessary while also demonstrating empathy and adaptability in conversations.
2. Issue Resolution & Escalation
-
Log customer issues and escalate unresolved or complex cases to higher support levels or specialized departments.

Coordinate with internal teams or client-side representatives to ensure timely and accurate problem resolution.

Maintain service-level agreements (SLAs) for turnaround time and communication quality.
3. Documentation & Reporting
-
Accurately record call details, customer information, complaints, resolutions, and follow-up actions in CRM or call center software.

Update system records and knowledge bases as per the latest customer service protocols.

Provide daily updates or summaries to the team leader or quality analyst for review.
4. Adherence to Quality Standards
-
Maintain compliance with call quality standards, company policies, data protection guidelines (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), and client-specific rules.

Attend regular quality checks and coaching sessions to improve service delivery.

Meet or exceed KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) including AHT (Average Handling Time), CSAT (Customer Satisfaction), and attendance.
5. Team Collaboration & Training
-
Participate in team meetings, calibration sessions, and feedback discussions.

Take part in regular training programs to stay updated on product knowledge, service policies, or new technologies.

Support team members during high call volumes or campaign rollouts.
