Job Description
We are hiring talented and motivated Sales Executive for our Gold Loan Department. Vacancies are open across various locations in Kerala.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Sourcing and Lead Generation:
-
Identify and approach prospective customers in the local market for gold loan products.
-
Conduct field visits, participate in promotional campaigns, and create local tie-ups to generate leads.
-
Follow up with walk-in customers and referrals from existing clients or channel partners.
-
Maintain an active pipeline of potential leads and regularly update status.
2. Gold Loan Sales and Conversion:
-
Explain the features, benefits, and terms of the gold loan to customers.
-
Assist customers in the gold loan application process, including documentation and KYC verification.
-
Ensure smooth processing of the loan – valuation, sanction, and disbursement.
-
Maintain a strong conversion ratio from inquiry to loan disbursal.
3. Branch Support and Coordination:
-
Support the branch operations team with gold appraisals, customer walk-ins, and loan formalities.

Ensure adherence to the internal gold loan processes and RBI guidelines.
-
Follow up on interest payments, renewals, top-ups, and closures.
-
Coordinate with back-office or credit departments for approvals and disbursement.
4. Customer Relationship and Service:
-
Build and maintain long-term relationships with gold loan customers.
-
Provide after-sales support, assist with grievances, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Encourage repeat business, top-up loans, and referrals.

Maintain regular contact with high-value customers for service and retention.
5. Reporting and Target Achievement:
-
Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets as assigned by the branch manager.

Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, conversions, and customer feedback.

Submit daily and weekly reports on activities, collections, and performance metrics.
