Web Consultant for AUS

Responsibilities and Duties

Interacting with customers over call to understand the business needs of the Clients.
Assessing customers need to achieve satisfaction.
Convey accurate and required information to the customers.
Develop and Maintain proper interaction and reputation with the clients
Convince them to invest on new Projects with the Company
Outbound process (Website selling) B2B Process

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :

Fluency in English communication is mandatory.
Candidates with experience in website selling campaign
Flexible with night shifts ( Drop facility available).
Five days working in a week (Saturday & Sunday fixed off).
Fixed salary with lucrative incentives.
Only experienced can apply.

Additional Skills :

This is an urgent requirement and the interview will be conducted immediately. Candidates who can relocate to Kolkata & join immediately will be CONSIDERED
1 – 3 years of work experience in relevant field.
Should be able to work independently
Good communication and interpersonal skill.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Flexible, strategic oriented thinking ability
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
