TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF INTERN PLACEMENT
Internship Programme shall be for 90 days. Once qualified you shall be provided with an opportunity to work with us for the next 6 months with an duly signed agreement from the date of joining, this process is split into three slots;
Slot 1: Candidate shall be provided with no stipend for up to 45 days and training from our experts shall be provided for Free. To qualify this slot one must attend the training for at least 43 days from 09:00 to 18:00 IST, from Monday - Saturday (2nd Saturdays are Holidays)
Slot 2: This slot consists of another 45 days, wherein the Candidate is provided with basic programming or designing tasks, wherein the candidates shall be provided with a stipend of Rs.5,000/mo along with Internship Certificate at the end of the training.
Slot 3: One 90 days process is completed, all selected candidates shall work with our team for minimum of next 6 months to gain more knowledge about our service with basic pay of Rs.6,000/mo with appraisal based on performance at every six months once.
Note: A duly signed agreement is to be made between candidate and the company for 9 months from the date of joining, At Softons, we think time is precious, so only interested candidates are requested to apply
