Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and creative Web Developer who is passionate about building high-quality websites and has a strong understanding of social media marketing, lead generation, and SEO. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating user-friendly, visually appealing websites and be well-versed in leveraging digital platforms to generate leads and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:
Website Development: Design, develop, and maintain a responsive and engaging website that effectively communicates our brand and services. Ensure the website is optimized for both desktop and mobile platforms.
Social Media Marketing: Develop and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. Create, curate, and manage published content (images, videos, written content, etc.). Implement strategies to grow social media followers and increase engagement.
Lead Generation: Utilize digital marketing techniques to generate qualified leads through the website and social media platforms. Implement lead capture tools, optimize landing pages, and create compelling calls to action. Monitor and analyze lead generation efforts to continuously improve conversion rates.
SEO Optimization: Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase website traffic. Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and continuously monitor and report on SEO performance.
Content Management: Develop and manage web content, ensuring it is optimized for search engines and aligned with the company's marketing strategies. Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging and informative content that drives traffic and leads.
Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Utilize various tools to optimize campaigns.
Qualifications:
Experience as a Web Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing website projects.
Proficiency in front-end development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and experience with CMS platforms like WordPress.
Solid understanding of social media marketing, SEO principles, and lead generation strategies.
Experience in digital marketing.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
