•               • Basic Knowledge of Digital Marketing/Advertising and understanding of Website optimization strategies

•               • Must be familiar with Google Ads and Google Analytics

•               • Advanced knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint,)

•               • Exceptionally strong customer relations skills, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills

•               • Exceptional English communication skills both written and spoken

•               • Background in automotive industry is a plus

•               • Google certification is a plus

Key Job Responsibilities:

•               • Maintain basic knowledge of OEM programs, products & guidelines, and stay abreast of changes, updates, and modifications

•               • Check live websites to ensure VSR filters are organized in a logical and strategic manner and lead forms are consumer friendly

•               • Validate URL details, website load time and domains

•               • Check live website to ensure site navigation, current specials, masthead, vehicle photos, call to numbers, call to action, and ensure images are in working order and easy to understand, identify old and outdated offer/content and pricing on the website

•               • Access all available resources including knowledge bases to aid in problem resolution

•               • Utilize available reports to ensure all pages on a website are free from spelling errors and broken links

•               • Deliver timely follow up and case resolution to fall within contractual service level agreements
