Educational Qualification: a) Degree of a University, recognized by the State Government, b) Degree or Diploma in Social Science, or LLB Degree with Labour Laws as elective subject, of a recognized University or an Institution, and c) Adequate knowledge of Malayalam.
Experience: Minimum three years post qualification managerial experience in matters of Human Resource, Welfare in a Public Sector Undertaking/ Engineering Company/ Factory. Experience of working in an ERP/SAP/computerized environment desirable.
Job Requirements: The candidate shall perform all duties as specified in Rule 7 of The Kerala Factories (Welfare Officers) Rules, 1957.
