Job Description
Zuari Agro Chemicals Limited, invites applications from meritorious students from Goa for the award of the prestigious annual Zuari Scholarships — one each in Engineering and Agriculture for the year 2018.
Applicants who have passed higher secondary examination during the academic year 2017-18 with minimum overall 70%, seeking admission to Engineering degree course and 60% for Agriculture degree course are eligible to apply. Engineering students should have secured admission for degree course in Engineering affiliated to the Goa University or BITS Pilani — Goa Campus. Scholarship in Agriculture is restricted to admission to recognized Universities of Maharashtra or Karnataka.
The Scholarships will be awarded on merit cum need basis and the decision of the selection committee constituted by the Company will be final. Successful candidates will receive Rs.12000 per annum, towards their fees and expenses and the awards will continue for the duration of the degree course depending upon satisfactory progress.
