The third round is the general HR round which focuses on the communication skill and attitude of the candidate. The result of the selection process would be informed to the candidate in the same level. When it comes to freshers, the candidates should have a minimum of 65% of marks from 10th to the graduation or post-graduation. The common candidates chosen for technical jobs are those with bachelors or masters in applied electronics, instrumentation and control, computer science, electronics and communication, electrical and electronics and information technology. The candidates with backlogs for not selected. 
For management cadre jobs, the masters and diploma candidates in relevant disciples of management are selected. The candidates should not have any backlogs throughout their academic period.
