The recruitment process of Intuit involves little more than telephonic and face to face interviews. The recruitment team uses social networks, universities and other channels to find the right candidate. The interview process involves video interviewing process, written test and other assessment levels as per the decision of the authorities. The Intuit jobs are filled after a series of interview and test processes. The candidates would be tested for their aptitude knowledge and technical skills through a written test. Those who are selected would be subjected to three sets of interviews. The first interview level is for testing the experience of the candidate in the particular field and behavioral questions. The second interview and third interview processes are focused on technical skills alone. The whole selection process might take more than 2 weeks to get completed. The candidates applying for different jobs other than the software based jobs like accountant jobs also have to take up all the levels of assessment as mentioned before. Stress interview will be conducted for managerial candidates. Intuit jobs for freshers are filled through campus recruitment drive too. Those who are shortlisted would be subjected to the interview rounds. In some cases, the last interview round would be conducted in the company and the students would be asked to walk-in on a specific date. When it comes to the written test, the aptitude session would be almost the same. But, the technical side of the written test would be different.

For software jobs, the candidates would be tested on their coding skills and other programming skills. For managerial positions, the candidates would be given case studies and other related questions. In some cases, the written test paper of the candidate would be presented back to the candidate in the technical round and the candidates would be asked to find the bugs in the programming or other mistakes.
