We are looking for a dedicated and experienced 3D Artist to realize our ideas. Your duties will include creation of interesting high-quality 3D-content.

You main responsibilities will include the complete creation cycle for weapons, vehicles, environment assets and leading the team of artists. You will be involved in training, quality control and teaching about pipelines.

Requirements:

- Mandatory skills: Sculpt, hi-poly, low-poly, retopology, UV, texturing

- Management skills: strategic thinking, team management, team development, task assignment, decision making

- Game development experience – at least 5 years

- Deep experience with 3ds Max / Maya / Blender

- Great Adobe Photoshop / Substance Painter / Designer skills

- PBR-knowledge

- Great model topological optimization skills

- Deep understanding of forms and perspectives

- Composition and theory of light knowledge

- Portfolio

Preferable qualities:

- Art education

- Creative thinking

- Material analyzing skills

- Basic UnrealEngine 4 skills (model import and setting up the materials for check-up)

- Experience with Marvelous Designer and Substance Designer

- Passion for Sci-fi and computer games

- Communication skills
