- Looking for the candidate with excellent or good communication
- Generate leads by posting, calling etc
- Counsel students and make them register for the courses we provide
- Generate revenue from placing candidates and converting candidates to in-house training cum recruitment programs.
- Revenue Generation is the Key Role of consultant
- Shortlist profiles and keep them to forward them to the clients' requirement.
- Should Work on Targets.
