Job Description
Candidates required for the position of Student Counselor,having minimum 1 year experience as a Student Counselor, Candidate should have pleasing personality and should be fluent in English . He/She Should be presentable & have good communication skills.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Converting enquiry into admission.
- Handle student walk-ins at the Centre.
- Follow up on leads generated through various sources.
- Counseling Students and parents about our courses. Clarifying of doubts of students and parents
- Champion entire student cycle: Prospecting, Counseling, Admission, Orientation, Support,Satisfaction, Retention and Productive Output
- Taking reference for the existing admission.
- Managing fee structure & fee software of different programs
- Maintain appropriate student records in the Enrollment system.
- Monitor class schedules to ensure smooth running of classes
- Liaison with Head Office in Delhi for upcoming programs, admission tests, schemes and other offers
- Handling assigned administrative responsibilities
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Excellent organizational skills
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Should be Graduate with Good Fluency in English
- Good working knowledge in MS Word & Internet.
- Should be of Pleasing Personality.
- Should have Professional attitude and appearance
