Key Responsibilities:* Make high-volume outbound calls daily to reach potential students.* Provide program details and guide students in choosing the right course.* Follow up with leads to ensure enrolment conversions.* Maintain accurate call logs and lead data in the CRM system.* Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).* Excellent communication and counselling skills.* Prior experience in EdTech, telecalling, or student counselling preferred.* Goal-oriented, dedicated, and motivated to meet targets.* Candidates from Chennai are preferred.
