Key Responsibilities:

Counsel prospective students and parents on courses, eligibility, and career prospects

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries

Convert leads into enrollments through effective counseling

Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM systems

Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of admissions
-
Coordinate with academic and marketing teams for smooth admission processes
-
Assist with documentation, fee collection, and enrollment formalities
-
Meet monthly and quarterly admission targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduation in any discipline (preferred)

Strong communication, persuasion, and counseling skills
-
Sales-oriented mindset with a student-focused approach

Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling

Ability to work under targets and deadlines
