To source and lead the execution of the multiple mandates in Project Finance division.

1. Maintaining relationship with Financial institutions
2. Independently manage the specific mandates including origination and execution
3. Build a team below the level and help them in moving up the ladder by sharing the knowledge and experience

1. Number of mandates originated
2. Value of mandates originates
3. Execution of the mandates (including self-sourced / sourced by other team members)
4. Revenue achieved
5. Overall Team development

Internal:
1. Respective Department Heads
2. Entire debt team as there may be some common clients
External:
1. Financial Institutions
2. Corporates
3. Bank treasury
Authority Level (Financial)
Complete authority in taking day to day decisions. Decisions that require capital investment or financial spend beyond approved levels, needs approval of appropriate authority.

Essential knowledge/skills: Finance, Relationship management, business acumen / maturity to read between the lines, Industry expertise, Communication skills, People management
Desirable knowledge/skills: Understanding of other international financial market, relevant regulations, etc.
Essential experience:
Having professional qualification with experience in project finance domain
Essential qualification(s): CA/CS/ICWA/M.B.A. from a reputed institute would be desirable
