Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, and expenses.
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, ledger entries, and financial documentation.
- Ensure proper classification and recording of transactions in Tally.
2. Taxation & GST Compliance
- File GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and other GST returns on time.
- Manage GST reconciliation and resolve mismatches.
- Handle Income Tax Return (ITR) filings and ensure tax compliance.
3. Auditing & Reconciliation
- Conduct bank reconciliation and verify financial transactions.
- Audit cash handling, sales & purchase records for accuracy.
- Ensure proper reconciliation of accounts with suppliers and customers.
4. Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and taxation policies.
5. Cash Handling & Banking Operations
- Monitor cash flow and petty cash transactions.
- Handle bank deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.
- Liaise with banks for loan processing, reconciliations, and account management.
Technical & Soft Skills:
✔ Strong proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
✔ Hands-on experience with GST portal & tax filings.
✔ Good knowledge of ITR filing, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and compliance.
✔ Expertise in bank reconciliation & account audits.
✔ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
✔ Attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately.
