Admin Executive Freshers Job in MNC India Private Limited at Ambattur, Nungambakkam, T. Nagar, Chennai

Attendance and Leave management. Maintain the complete database of all employees in payroll in specified excel sheet / Software and update them regularly with any changes. 

Employee personal files to be maintained and updated regularly. 

Ensure exit processes are followed by employees who intend to leave. 

Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.  

Maintain and update company databases. 

Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents. 

Answer queries by employees and clients.  

Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.  

Qualification: Any Graduates  

Experience: Freshers  

Salary: 12k to 18k
