Harmony United Psychiatric Careis based out of Florida and we have 4 clinics in different cities of Florida. We are expanding the clinic and by October 2019 we will have 2 more clinics operational.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls from employees/management in USA / India and finalise the document/ agreement.
- Create New agreements and responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents.
- Control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by technical teams, projects or departments.
- Checking for accuracy and editing files, like contracts
- Reviewing and updating technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows)
- Distribute project-related copies to internal teams
- Create templates for future use
- Manage the flow of documentation within the organization
- Assist management in preparing the agreements/ documents.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards all tasks all times.
- Responding promptly to agreement/document inquiries.
- Communicating through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving complaints.
- Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement
- Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed
- Should have a minimum of 5 years of Administrative Operations experience. Preferably handling US customers / Contracts.
- Should have excellent communication in English. (Both written and verbal)
- Should be able to work in night shifts.
