Job Description

Handle aspirant's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about courses/colleges/fees structure/ admission procedure
Follow-ups of all leads generated via the website and other media
Identify candidate needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Declutter students & parents minds and advise them on the best-suited courses and college
Handle negotiations to generate sales revenue
Seize opportunities by conversion of enquires into admission
Build sustainable relationships and engage candidates by taking the extra mile and ask for references
Keep records of all conversations in our CRM in a comprehensible way
Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Minimum Requirement:

Good Communication Skills (English with any southern language or else Bengali)
Good Problem-solving skills over the call
Passionate about helping students with their dream universities
Handling of the CRM is preferred
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

What are your deliverables/ KPIs?Minimum of 50 dials per day2 students admitted per week
