Bachelor s degree in ComputerScience or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
Overall 5 years of experience inIT industry
Required minimum of 3+ years ofAdobe experience manager or web content management administration experience
Azure cloud background isdesirable, as AEM is installed on Azure cloud.
Resolve Incidents and ServiceRequests and prepare and update knowledge artifacts
Coordinate with development teamsand other support teams to resolve the Incidents
Perform all tasks supporting theday-to-day operation of AEM applications including managing users
Attend troubleshooting sessionsand defect analysis meetings regarding critical and high priority issues andunplanned outages for applications and coordinate with CHC and other supportteams
Provide end-user support andfollowing up with users on satisfaction of solution
Ability to automate routine tasksand debug and optimize scripts or code
Constructive, critical thinking,problem-solving approach
Strong sense of ownership andpersonal accountability and
