Job Description:

1. Have to recruit Agents
2. Build a team and Handle agents
3. Generate Business through them.
4. Train agents so that they qualify for the exam and get a license.
5. Promote the Insurance products
6. Co-ordination with operations for new business insurance

7. Business expansion.

8. Educate the Customer about the product

9. Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
