Make specifications for new equipment.
Prepare RFQ
Meeting with Stakeholders(Factory Team) & get the Process Approval
Coordinate & Validate the Design
Hardware Design for Conveyor, Jig & Robot (AUTOCAD) Control Panel, Wiring Application Drawing
Software Design for Conveyor, Jig & Robot (SIEMENS PLC)
Develop Program Interface to communicate with Filling Machines, AGV, Poke Yoke Systems, etc
Installation & Commissioning
Buy OFF
Preparation of Operational Manuals
Provide Training to Maintenance & Production

Required Skill Set

Exposure to Automotive Industry TCF Line
Strong & Clear Understanding of TCF Process Flow & Equipment
Hands on Experience in Painted Body Storage Line Design & Programming
Hands on Experience in all types of Equipments use in TCF like Conveyor, Lifter, Filling Machines, Robots, Bench Line,etc
Electrical Hardware Design ( AutoCAD)
PLC& HMI Programming (Siemens)
Knowledge of Communication Protocols (Profibus, Profinet)
Exposure to Automation Technologies applied to TCF Line Plant Production System
Experience in Working with Cross Cultural Team Environment
Education- B.Tech/B.E. - Mechanical (2016-2017)
Salary- INR 4.35 LPA
