Backend support Job in For a client of TeamLease Services Ltd at Hyderabad, Delhi, Faridabad

Handle backend operations and day-to-day administrative activities.

Maintain and update records, databases, and operational reports.

Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of information.

Coordinate with field teams, sales teams, and other departments for operational support.

Track and resolve operational issues within the defined timelines.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using MS Excel.

Verify documents and maintain proper records of business transactions.

Support internal teams in meeting operational targets and deadlines.

Follow Airtel's internal processes, policies, and data confidentiality guidelines.

Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Basic computer knowledge and data management skills.

Previous experience in backend operations or MIS will be an advantage.
