Roles & Responsibility:
Planning for events & training session for students/faculty/staff and resident family on campus
He must develop appropriate training plans to teach the sport & help promote basketball on campus
He must make age appropriate decisions and plans for his team
He will inspire his team and motivate them to be punctual
He should thoroughly align himself with the basketball league rule book and any changes that are made
Studies the skills and abilities of the players on the team and puts each player in the most suitable position
Recognizes and uses each player’s specific talents to devise plays and playing strategies for games
Devises drills and practice exercises that will adequately prepare players for each game
Works with individual players to hone their particular skills and eliminate bad habits
Looks for new players and recruits them for the team strengthening sports culture on campus
