Job Description
- Lead generation from Out bound tele-calling
- Understand the requirement of Customer for their IT needs.
- Reaching out to new customers and explaining them the benefits of using our services
- Creating database of existing and new clients
- To convert enquiries into sales by answering inbound telephone calls.
- Follow-up Out-bound calling to leads in coordination with Business Development Team.
- Supporting marketing team in email, SMS and social media marketing
