Job Description
Operational Management: Overseeing daily branch activities, including cash management, vault operations, and IT infrastructure uptime.
Sales & Growth: Driving sales of financial products (loans, accounts, mutual funds) to meet quarterly/yearly targets.
Team Leadership: Mentoring and training staff, conducting performance reviews, and managing work schedules.
Customer Service & Relations: Handling customer complaints, improving client experience, and strengthening relationships with the local community.
Compliance: Ensuring 100% adherence to RBI regulations, internal banking policies, and audit standards.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in retail banking, sales, or financial services.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, customer relationship management, and proficiency in banking software
