 Job Description:-

• Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; planning monitoring and appraising job results.
• Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
• To conduct regular team meetings to address challenges, discuss plans, make and review strategies to ensure smooth operations.
• To prepare MIS reports of store operations on daily, weekly and monthly basis and submit to top management.
• To handle customer complaints and resolve with appropriate solutions.
• Co-ordinate with sales and designer team on daily basis and take update on current and upcoming projects.
• Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying and legal requirements.
• Protects employees and customer by providing a safe and clean store environment.
• Determines marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Education:Any Bachelor Degree
  
• Experience:Min 3-5 years Experience in Store/Showroom Handling
  
• Salary:No bar for right candidate
