- Monthly Salary : Rs. 6,000 per Month.
- Incentives : Rs. 750 per Additional Conversion.
- Penalties : 10% of Salary x No. of Missed Targets
- .No. of Vacancies : 1 - 2 per City in each Eastern State
- Proper training, marketing materials shall be provided by the Company before actual touch-down of the Executive in the prospective markets.
