Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales, building business relationships, and expanding our market reach.

Key Responsibilities:
 

Sales & Business Development:
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the target market.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase the customer base.

  • Engage in cold calling, email outreach, and client meetings to drive sales.

  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients by offering excellent customer service.

  • Negotiate and close contracts with new clients while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Product Knowledge & Promotion:
  • Understand and effectively communicate the technical details of the company’s plastic container range.

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential customers.

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Sales Reporting & Targets:
  • Track and manage sales activities, pipelines, and overall performance.

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends.

  • Work towards achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Handle customer issues and concerns effectively and promptly.

Market Research & Strategy:
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.

  • Provide feedback to management to enhance product offerings and sales strategies.

Requirements: Experience & Education:
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales or business development (preferably in the manufacturing/plastic product industry).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills & Competencies:

✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
✔ Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
✔ Proficiency in CRM software & MS Office Suite.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
✔ Good understanding of the manufacturing industry and market trends.

Location:
  • Must be based in Ahmedabad or willing to relocate.
