Job Description
Preferred Industry-Laminate, Plywood, veneer, wooden flooring, MDF, Hardware, Bath fitting, Adhesives.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company customer base and market share in the laminate industry.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and execute business development strategies and plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, contractors, designers, and other industry professionals.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create and implement effective promotional campaigns and initiatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis and trends.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipelines and driving continuous business growth.
- Marketing of Dorby Products to Architects and interior designers promote specification of the products and influence the Interior Designers and contractors, Builders for the conversion.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of 4+ years in sales/marketing within the building materials sector.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Previous experience working with architects and builders is highly desirable.
- Immediate availability preferred, with a 15-day notice period.
- Mobility: Own 2-wheeler essential.
Note - The remuneration will be as per with the industry standards and will be in line with the experience and skill sets of the candidate. Incentives, 2-Wheeler Allowance and Mobile Data Allowance, etc. would be provided.
