Job Description
Basic requirement:
- Should have a two-wheeler (Petrol allowance will be provided)
- Should be meeting 3 to 5 industries and commercial houses per day across India
- Need to generate qualified 15 to 20 leads per month wherein prospects are ready to award the project in a span of 2 months
- Incentives would be calculated on monthly basis and disbursed half yearly in month of June and December
- Educating customers about the benefits of solar rooftop and ground mounted solutions for energy cost savings and social cause.
- On field approaching and engaging with prospective customers i.e. Industrial factories, manufacturing units, warehouses, educational institutions, car showrooms, malls, clubs & resorts, posh residents, government agencies and other organizations.
- Finding right decision making authority, contact information, company financial information and budgets, cold calling, emailing, setting appointments, meeting face to face, follow ups, generating interest, convincing customers on clean energy concept, nurturing suspects to prospects and taking them to a level of proposal submission and acceptance along with help of senior.
- Must achieve daily and weekly targets.
- Will be doing site survey and assessment by taking measurements of sites, photographs & gathering information from customer as required.
- Maintain flexibility in scheduling and meetings for sales visits - daytime, evenings, or weekends planned around customer availability.
- Must be prepared to travel all over Gujarat and across India for generating sales.
- Eligible for Incentives of 20 to 50% of gross salary depending on number of qualified leads generated and/or revenue of the project.
- Will be travelling all over Gujarat, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, MP for generating new business, customer site management.
- Travelling and stay expenses will be borne by SaveGeo.
- 1 week training will be provided and continuous monthly training would be provided.
