JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Comfortable in talking to people and a good listener
- Ability to provide information verbally clearly and effectively
- B2C & B2B lead generation & closures through telesales & providing effective information about the service
- Achieving targets for setting up meetings with new clients
- Customer service to the clientele and ensuring all client queries are answered by closing leads
- A team player
- Presentable and hardworking
- A good listener
- Wanting to be working in the organisation for a longer period of time
- Experience: 6 months - 5 years
- Take home salary: up to 3.00 Lac p.a. plus incentives
- CTC: up to 5.14 lpa (including base amount of incentives)
- No ceiling cap to earn incentives - can go to 400% of salary
