We are seeking a highly motivated, result-oriented, and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team. Key Responsibilities

3. Strategic Planning & Market Analysis

Present business proposals, reports, and presentations to senior management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with operational capabilities.
4. Team Leadership & Coordination

Manage, guide, and mentor a team of Business Development Executives or Sales Associates.

Set clear performance goals and monitor KPIs to ensure consistent results.

Conduct regular team meetings to review performance and discuss strategies.

Encourage a collaborative and target-driven work culture.
5. Sales & Marketing Collaboration

Work closely with the marketing team to design and execute digital campaigns, promotions, and events.

Represent the company at trade shows, business events, and networking forums.

Assist in branding, positioning, and business presentations.

Ensure effective use of marketing materials to attract potential clients.
6. Financial & Operational Management

Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and financial plans.

Generate MIS reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for management.
