BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

We are hiring experienced and versatile candidates for the position of Business Development Manager to execute marketing strategy, policy and ethics in the market

RESPONSIBILITY:

As a Business Development manager working under the FMCG segment, an ideal candidate must perform the following responsibilities:

1.      Approaching Potential leads and closes them within a stipulated time frame

2.      Create exclusive distributors and Business associates

3.      Keep abreast with the stock reports, inventory, product order reorder etc

4.      Perform other sales marketing or promotion related activities

5.      Guide, coordinate and strategic marketing plans for the sale team working under his jurisdiction

6.      Look after the entire business growth of the exclusive distributor and business associate

7.      Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills

REQUIREMENT

1.      Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field

2.      Experience in microfinance, sales, marketing or related field

3.      Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
