Job Description
1. Familiarizing yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives
2. Conducting market research and identifying potential clients
3. Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
4. Collating and maintaining client information in the CRM database
5. Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service, and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies
6. Assisting with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required
7. Identifying new business opportunities and partners

1. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients
2. Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field
3. 1 - 2 years relevant work experience in business development or similar field preferred
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. The ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
6. Strong organization and project management skills
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 2 to 4 Lac/annum
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 6000 per sale).
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
