Key Responsibilities:
Shipment Delivery Communication:
Proactively communicate with customers regarding their shipment status and delivery schedules.
Assist customers in resolving any queries or concerns related to their orders.
Order Confirmation:
Confirm orders pending design confirmation to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
Collaborate with relevant departments to expedite the confirmation process.
Undeliverable Issues Management:
Identify and address issues related to undeliverable shipments promptly.
Liaise with courier services to rectify delivery challenges and ensure successful order fulfillment.
Feedback Collection:
Solicit and compile feedback from customers regarding their experience with our products and services.
Analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and relay insights to the relevant teams.
Product Improvement Collaboration:
Work closely with the product development and design teams to incorporate customer feedback into product enhancements.
Provide valuable insights to drive continuous improvement in product quality and customer satisfaction.
