2. Searching for candidates from the job portals and professional network.
3.Providing detailed information about the organization and briefing the candidate about the job profile.
4.Scheduling candidates for the interview.
5.Regular follow ups with the candidates.
6.Accountable for providing good CV's for the job opening.
7. Experience in recruitment firm/staffing firm/consulting firm would be an added advantage.
