Job Description

We are searching for a courteous Client Services intern who has great people skills to help our business prioritize existing customers. The Client Services intern should provide timely solutions to client’s problems, build sustainable and continuous relationships with clients. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Develop a portfolio of all work completed during the period of internship 

• Provide support with general office administration-related duties as and when assigned 

• Assist in coordination of campaign and project activities 

• Coordinate planning and execution of advertising activities for clients 

• Acquire knowledge of clients’ business and anticipate needs, solutions and opportunities 

• Proofread copy, proofs and other media for accuracy 

• Track and analyze competitive activity and consumer trends • Initiate jobs under the direction of account management.

• Deal with client requests and troubleshoot problems.

• Raise invoices and follow up on payments

• Business Degree or related qualification.
