• Having freelance or exhibited competence in writing before is an added advantage.
  
• Writers should understand that SEO is a critical aspect of content creation and sometimes changes might be required based on these factors.
  
• First-hand experience with different platforms used for web publishing, content management systems and blogs.
  
• Able to imbibe various ‘cultures’ of people in respective domains and write on it with an intermediate/expert level of proficiency.
  
• Abreast of changing technology, writing styles and accepted views on any particular subject.
  
• Solid communication skills along with the ability to keep track of multiple deadlines is a huge plus.
  
• Sound editorial knowledge of web publishing and blogging rules and conventions.
  
• Able to display creative flair and can experiment with different styles and come up with something that works right out of the box.
  
• Willing to work collectively with a group of like-minded individuals towards a common goal.
  
• We would prefer certain articles to be written from a perspective of personal experience.

• A student with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A vivid and spontaneous writer, who can put ideas/concepts into words and have the ability to create content based on little or no information.
  
• Manage multiple projects, write and edit content for the company website, email campaigns, online communication, blogs, etc.
  
• Submitting a minimum of 2000 words of content in a day.
  
• An effective writing style that is fresh and reader friendly.
  
• An ability to edit and proof read with good research skills.
