- Experience: Freshers or candidates with 1-5 years experience in editing, writing, orcontent development

- Checking text to ensure it is well written, logically structured and in the right style for the intended audience
- Correcting grammar and spelling
- Ensuring the text is in line with the publisher's 'house style'
- Checking manuscripts for consistency in use of language and style
- Raising queries with the author
- Checking illustrations and captions
- Excellent command over English, including good comprehension and grammar skills
- Meticulous approach to the work and an eye for detail
- Positive attitude towards working and learning new concepts
