Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • The candidate would be required to make outbound calls to the HRs of the companies (who have subscribed to our services) to convince & schedule an online training slot on Naukri services.
  • Understanding their Hiring Outlook & accordingly pitching the right module of training.
  • To ensure that all the clients and users are getting trained on Naukri services.
  • Ensuring effective usage of Naukri services at client's end by scheduling training at regular intervals.
  • Handling the objections effectively & diverting the same to the concerned dept./team.
  • Coordination with Sales team to ensure the right segment to be targeted.
  • To ensure that the trainers' time slots are completely booked.

    Required Candidate profile

    Requirements:


    Graduate with 0-3 years of experience
    Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English
    Candidates with an exposure in MS Office and Internet would be given preference.
    Ability to work independently and under pressure.
    Ready to take challenges.
